Interoperability

The capability of two or more Systems, Components or Applications to share, transfer, and readily use Energy, Power, information and services securely and effectively with little or no inconvenience to the user.

Interoperability is underpinned by Connectivity, which is inherently related to Structure and Systems Architecture.  

Given the fast-evolving nature of power system transformation, the Future Grid Accelerator (FGA) has the status of a perpetual BETA version. Your suggestions for how each concept and definition may be enhanced are very welcome.
